RENTAL AGREEMENT

* The customer is responsible for the Video Traveler unit and other rental equipment while in their possession. Customer shall operate all rental equipment in a safe manner and safeguard all equipment from abuse, theft, or damage. The customer shall bear the entire risk of loss or damage of the equipment during the rental period. The customer shall pay Drivin' Sane the list price of any damaged, lost, or stolen equipment.

* This agreement is for Rental and not a purchase contract. The equipment shall at all times remain the property of Drivin' Sane Montgomery, Alabama. Customer may not sell or sublet the equipment.

* Customer agrees to return the equipment in good operating condition at the end of their rental period. The rental will continue until the equipment is returned in good operating condition, or if damaged until the customer has paid Drivin' Sane the fair market value of the rented equipment.

* If rental equipment is not shipped back by the agreed upon return date a late fee of $20.00 per day will be charged to the customers credit card. If the equipment is not returned within 6 days of the agreed upon return date Drivin' Sane will charge the customers credit card  for the fair market value of all rented equipment.

* The customer will assume all liability for and will indemnify and hold harmless Drivin' Sane from all damages, losses, actions, lawsuits, and any costs relating to or arising from the use of the Equipment or this rental.

* Due to the delicate nature of electronics, equipment may malfunction. Drivin' Sane may refund a pro-rated portion of the rental. No refund will be given for  shipping charges or damage to tapes.

* All rental units are subject to a deposit. (10.4" Deluxe Package requires a $500.00 deposit)

 CANCELLATION OF RENTALS

If cancellation of rental is not made before equipment is shipped to customer (normally 4 business days) the customers credit card will be charged a 25% cancellation fee and all shipping costs.

REFUND/RETURNS ON PURCHASED EQUIPMENT

There will be no refund on any equipment purchased. Returned equipment will be on an exchange only basis. Drivin' Sane will repair or replace defective equipment that is returned within 14 days. Any Warranty Claims after 14 days must be made directly with the manufacturer.
