We ship the rental unit to your front door in time for your trip. When you return home you pack the rental unit in the same box and affix the UPS pre-paid return label on the outside of the box. Take the box to any authorized UPS shipping center or hand it to any UPS driver.

You pay for the time you have the unit..not for the shipping time.
