       Santa Saver Sale


WE HAVE THE BEST PAID CONSIGNORS IN TOWN

Information, what to bring, what NOT to bring, and Tagging Info.

  • Qualified Consignors that also Volunteer to work 2 shifts may shop at our Volunteer appreciation party at 4:00 pm Thursday night 1 hour before the consignor Pre-sale. Volunteers shifts are on a first come first served basis. So, register early to reserve your spot.

 

  • Bring in your gently used, pre-loved or new, Furniture, Holiday Toys, Holiday Decorations, and Holiday Clothing as part of our "Fa La La" Santa Saver Sale.   Just like our children’s consignment sale, you will earn more selling these items at " Fa La La " vs. having a garage sale or placing an ad in the paper and opening your home. You set the price and we sell for you. You tag your items as you would your children’s items with your consignor tags.

 

  • Consignors with 15 or more items receive one pass to shop the  private consignor sale before the public sale begins. (5:00-8pm)

  • Each qualified consignor will also be given one "Guest Pass" to shop on Pre-Sale night 1 hour after the consignors begin to shop.(6-8pm)

  • Consignors receive 2/3 of the selling price. The Best Paid In Town.

  • Checks and Unsold items MUST be picked up by Saturday Nov. 21st, before 3 p.m. Any items not picked up this day will be donated.  ( No exceptions )

  • We will accept cash, checks, MasterCard or Visa at the sale.There will be a fee of $25 for returned checks.

  • We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • $7 Fee will be deducted from each check.

  • My Kids Attic reserves the right to price items that do not have a price.

We will have a complete Holiday Christmas section. Make sure all breakable items are appropriately packaged.

UNACCEPTABLE FURNITURE ITEMS:

Upholstered items that smell or are stained

Upholstered items that smell of smoke

Broken or chipped pieces

Please do not have your spouse load items and haul them to drop-off only to have them turned away at the door.  This is not a Yard Sale.  All wood furniture must be cleaned/ polished.  All cushioned items must be vacuumed and cleaned- Underneath the cushions too.

Here are some Holiday Toy suggestions!

All toys must be in total working order. Please remember many of these toys will be purchased with the intent to be used as Christmas gifts.  The children are the ones who will be heart broken if their toy does not do everything they know it should!  We rely greatly on the honestly and integrity of our consignors to make our sales a success.  If essential pieces are missing, please do not bring it.

Holiday Clothing Guidelines!

Only Holiday style clothing will be accepted. This is NOT an open Fall / Winter Clothing Sale.  Clothing must have a Christmas or Holiday Theme.

All clothes must be clean. As always we will not accept tears, holes, excessively worn, stained or out of date items. Hang and tag items as described below.

Acceptable Items:

Holiday Clothing for Women & Juniors

Holiday Clothing Children sizes 0-16 - No Limits on qty

Holiday Sweaters, Vests, Sweatshirts, Dresses, & outfits

Unacceptable Clothing Items:

Fall/winter Clothing without Christmas or Holiday theme. Shoes, Purses, accessories, hats ,mittens , or scarves.

What NOT to Bring

  • We cannot accept the following items:

  • High Chairs

  • Swings

  • Bouncie Seats

  • Car Seats

  • Strollers 

  • Broken or chipped pieces

  • Fall/winter Clothing without Christmas or Holiday theme.

  • Shoes, Purses, accessories, hats ,mittens , or scarves.

  • Upholstered items that smell or are stained 

  • Maternity

  • Out of date clothing, stained, torn, or very worn looking.

  • Items with missing buttons, broken zippers or missing parts

  • Any item that smells of SMOKE.

What to Do

  • Fill out the Pre-Printed Bar-Coded Consignor Tag as shown above. Be sure to write the correct size, brief description, price (in dollar increments), on each tag.  Please request your Master copy of your Consignor Tags from us prior to your drop-off appointment time.
  • We will supply each consignor with a "master copy" of your "Consignor Tagging Cards." Your unique Bar-Coded consignor number will be pre-printed on each card for our scanners to read at check-out. Use your "master copy" to copy as many cards as needed. Copies must be made on a digital copier using at least 67lb weight card stock, similar to the weight of an index card. Office Depot can supply the cardstock & copier.
  • Your Consignor Number will NOT change each sale.
  • In addition to the card pinned to your garment, please put a piece of masking tape inside the garment with your seller # only on each item. Do this for all items including toys. This will help us if a tag becomes lost.
  • Price must be in dollar increments. ($1, $2, $3, $5, $10, etc...)  Rule of thumb for pricing is 1/3 to 1/4 of the new pric price.
  • ND means No Discount.  If you put ND on your card, your item will not be sold at half-price.
  • Size Items exactly. DO NOT  use S, M, or L(Women's Clothing may be sized with S, M, L, XL)
  • Place clothing items on a hanger with hook facing left, like a question mark. 
  • For clothing, attach the card to the item with a safety pin in the upper 1" blank area. (Sorry - no straight pins.)
  • For toys or other items, attach the card with clear tape, making sure that the card can be removed. Be sure to also include masking tape with your consignor # on each item. This will help if the tag gets lost or torn off.
  • Request your Bar-Code Tags early for a faster drop-off day.
