shop first at My Kids Attic!!
Volunteers are the heartbeat of My Kids Attic! The bigger we get, the
more we are determined to invest in quality. We are dependent on you –
our wonderful volunteers. Your time, skills and resources are invaluable
contributions to the overall success of My Kids Attic. Quite simply, we
cannot effectively handle all the finer details that make our sale great
without you – our GREAT volunteers!
Why Volunteer?
Never volunteered before? Find out what you've been missing! Volunteers
enjoy the fellowship of a few hours out of the house with fellow moms, grandmas and even
dads! A change of pace. New faces. New friends…
Our "TRADITIONAL VOLUNTEERS" will work two 5 hour shifts for
the privilege to shop early, before the consignors or the general
public! Our "NEW SUPER VOLUNTEERS" will work three 5 hour shifts
to shop 30 minutes earlier than the Traditional Volunteers.
Participation in this program is limited. To be a volunteer you
must also consign.
At the volunteer Pre-Sale & Party, "Super Volunteers" will
shop for a period of 30 minutes before the "Traditional Volunteers"
join them for the remainder of the Volunteer Sale. Both Super and
Traditional Volunteers are VERY MUCH appreciated! If you are
interested in being a Traditional or Super Volunteer,
please be sure you can fulfill the shifts before signing up. If you can
not be 100% committed please leave these times for those who are able to
fulfill the commitment. Once you have requested your volunteer
shifts—Please do not change or cancel your shifts except in case of an
emergency.
We ask that children not accompany you during your volunteer shifts
or to the Volunteer Pre-sale & Party. Please be prepared to arrive a few
minutes early and stay a few minutes after your shifts to allow time for
the shift changes & training.
